Storms: The Unpredictable Enemy

Depending upon the region of the country you reside in can dictate what type of weather you experience. Here in the northeast we come to expect freezing temperatures which brings snow sleet and ice. The spring and summer seasons can be rainy. All of these weather phenomonins bring their own hazards to home and business owners.

Rain can lead to flooding. Snow and ice play havoc on roofs. Freezing temperatures cause frozen and burst pipes which leads to water damage. None of these scenarios are good but unfortunately occur.
